Recovery of Windows 7 fails when using Shuttle Recovery DVD?
In some cases Windows doesn't recognise the installed hard drive and is asking for a driver while using the Shuttle Recovery DVD shipped with the machine.
Please contact Shuttle for an updated image of the DVD labed Windows 7 Professional SP1 64bit DE/EN/FR/IT/NL/ES/NO/SE/FI/DK/PT. We'll provide you with an updated ISO file to finish the Windows 7 recovery process.
