Why does the recovery of Windows 7 fail when using the Shuttle Recovery DVD?
In some cases Windows doesn't recognise the installed hard drive and is asking for a driver while using the Shuttle Recovery DVD that came with the machine.
Please contact Shuttle and request an updated image of the DVD labed Windows 7 Professional SP1 64-bit DE/EN/FR/IT/NL/ES/NO/SE/FI/DK/PT. Refer to this exact FAQ. We will provide you with an updated ISO file download link to finish the Windows 7 recovery process.
