Because of specification limitation, this model now has only support for Windows 7 32-bit.

For the computer to have the best possible cooling effect, we strongly recommend you install the stand.

Due to the Intel chipset spec reason, the XS35V4/XS36V4 only supports Windows 8/8.1 64bit operating system.

  1. First, please make sure you had disabled Secure Boot function in the BIOS menu.
  2. Please extract BIOS file to your USB flash drive root directory.
  3. Reboot the computer and press F7 into BBS screen and than select UEFI : your USB flash driver device.
  4. The system will automatically flash BIOS.
  5. After flash completed the computer will automatically reboot, please press F1 to continue and the press Del into BIOS setup menu.
  6. Please use right arrow switch to Exit page and select Load Defaults Settings option, and than select Yes to load optimized defaults.
  7. Please select Save Changes and Exit option, and than select Yes to save configuration and reset
  8. Finished

Please note if you using Windows 7 operating system, please remember change back the Windows 7 setting in the OS Selection function.
